In 19th-century Korea, "烟雨" was thrown into a well and suddenly time-traveled to 2023. In the modern world, she encounters "姜泰河," who looks exactly like her late husband from her previous life. In her past life, 烟雨's husband died from coughing up blood on their wedding night, and in 2023, she enters into a contractual marriage with 姜泰河. As she spends time with him, the two gradually develop feelings for each other, while she continues to search for a way to return to Korea.
